Loved it! It would be nice since the breakfast scramble has potatoes in it, that the side of hashbrowns (cubed potatoes) could be something different since kidney patients CKD need to limit potatoes! Sydney V

I think this would have been excellent but cooked uneven and one side of the dish didn’t get done. I am amazed that I like microwaved eggs. Patricia D
