Very good! They're easy to reheat in the frying pan from thawed or frozen, but it's also easy to overcook the cheese, which gives it an unpleasantly tough texture. The crepe portion is especially good, but don't let it dry out! Cherry jam melted briefly in the micro makes a marvelous topping for them with or without sour cream! | |
