Heating Instructions
General Instructions
Prepare from THAWED state for best results. To thaw product, remove from freezer and place on a paper towel. Product may be kept refrigerated up to 2 days prior to use. Individual appliance cooking times will vary. Adjust cooking time accordingly.
Oven
- Preheat oven to 325 F.
- Place quiche on tray provided or a non-stick pan. Cook 15 -17 minutes until internal temperature is 165 degrees.
- Transfer quiche to a plate and serve.
Microwave
- Place quiche on a paper towel in tray and then on a plate and place in the microwave.
- Cook on high for 1-1.5 minutes until 165 degrees inside. Promptly refrigerate any unused heated portion.

Good idea, but I don't think the frozen Quiche was a good idea. Had 2 one in the oven no better than the one in the microwave. Kathryn K
