Heating Instructions

General Instructions

Prepare from THAWED state for best results.To thaw product, remove from freezer on the morning of the day of use. Product may be refrigerated up to 3 days prior to use. Individual appliance cooking times will vary. Adjust cooking time accordingly.

Oven

  1. Preheat oven to 350º F.
  2. Remove plastic packaging from paper tray.
  3. Cover paper tray with foil.
  4. Heat for 15-20 minutes or until warm.
  5. Remove foil and heat 5 mins or until lightly browned.
  6. Carefully place eggplant onto a plate to serve.

Microwave

  1. Remove plastic packaging from paper tray.
  2. Place paper tray in the microwave for heating.
  3. Heat for 3-4 minutes, stirring periodically to ensure even heating.
  4. Place eggplant onto a plate to serve.

Wonderful! By far the best frozen eggplant parm I've ever had! Would be better over linguine or fettucine, but anyone can add that if desired.

Curiously. My favorite of all the meals so far. Why? (And don’t paint all the meals like this). This meal, of all the meals I’ve had, 1 looked like it 2 used appropriate components ( the sauce, actuality claimed to be, looked like and tasted like marinara 3 and finally was eggplant The frozen food Trrifecta!
