My husband and I still enjoy special "Sunday" dinners but we are both older and disabled so it is difficult to prepare elaborate meals. Everything arrived frozen, wrapped in plastic, and pre-cooked. I took the entree I planned on serving out of the freezer and placed it in the refrigerator to thaw 3 days before serving. To prepare, I brought a pot of water to a boil, placed the entree in the boiling water, and 10 minutes later it was ready. The quality of each meat was excellent. Bedda D
