Microwave (Recommended Method)

  1. Peel back lid or slit lm vent.
  2. Place tray on plate in the microwave.
  3. Heat for 2-3 mins until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.
  4. Carefully place onto a plate and serve.

Conventional Oven

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Peel back lid or slit lm vent.
  3. Place tray on a cookie sheet
  4. Heat for 20 mins or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.
  5. Carefully remove tray and place onto a plate and serve.

The sleeper (unexpected to be soooo tasty) of Eggplant Parmigiana with Spinach and Roasted Peppers is the Polenta! It's delicious with the spinach and peppers. the eggplant going without saying is very good. Usually like to get two per order; it's that good-tasting ! Patricia H
