The Meals for One (8 Meals) packages are handpicked from our a la carte menu for people dining alone. The items in these packages are sold in pairs but are individually packaged. For side dishes we use our two-serving side dishes, and share them between meals. Our premade gourmet meals are designed to be nutritionally balanced.
