Microwave (Recommended Method)

  1. No need to puncture film on tray. Film will lift when reheated.
  2. Microwave on HIGH for 4 -5 minutes. Add time if needed until heated thoroughly.
  3. Carefully remove film and serve.

Oven

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F. No need to puncture film on tray. Film will lift when reheated.
  2. Place meal on baking sheet.
  3. Heat in 350 degree oven for 25-30 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
  4. Carefully remove from oven and serve.

The rice and veggies were ok; the meat loaf not so much. Jolaine M
